Noble Words is the brand name for me, Karen Noble.
I’m based in Scarborough on the beautiful Yorkshire coast, and provide freelance creative writing services to clients in Scarborough, York, Leeds, Yorkshire, Manchester, Newcastle, London, across the rest of the UK, and overseas.
I have an MA in Writing, with distinction, from Sheffield Hallam University. I am a member of the Society of Authors, and enjoy nothing more than using words to create something new.
I graduated from the University of Leeds with a BSc (Hons 2.1) in Genetics. I’ve had Scientific Articles published and co-authored a chapter of a book.
I am a writer but also a qualified and experienced secondary school teacher. I have used words, verbally and in type, to convey, explain and clarify to hundreds of students and honed my proofreading skills to the highest level. Writing is where my heart is, hence the move into my second career. I bring integrity, dedication, professionalism, creativity and talent to all my projects. Writing is my passion.
