Let's all be kind to ourselves

Unless you were born with super-hero powers of positivity (and if you were, congratulations, you’re a very lucky person and I'm a little envious), then you will, most likely, have let your mind slip down that murky path of self-doubt every now and again. We all do it. We can’t help it. But we can attack it with the power of words. Kind words, to ourselves. Pop a post-it onto your laptop, or tuck a note into your bag, wallet or phone case with a few kind words that you can refer to on the darkest of days. Tell yourself them, let yourself believe them. They are true.
